DEL MAR, Calif., June 28, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Rebel Networks, the wholly owned operating subsidiary of American Diversified Holdings Corporation (Pink Sheets:ADHC) is expanding its storage solutions for their current Microsoft Exchange and Blackberry Enterprise Server Cloud infrastructure. Rebel Networks has also announced new packages and price points to further capture market shares to be launched on July 1, 2011.
Rebel Networks Cloud named “Oh WOW Amazing” Cloud, owaCLOUD.com is currently offering hosted Microsoft Exchange solutions that are scalable, secure, and full-featured, giving users the ability to easily collaborate without them having to invest in mail servers, software licenses, security, or be involved with ongoing system administration. Users can have options to have active Sync enabled for their Apple iPhones, as well as have full Blackberry Enterprise Hosting from Research in Motion for their Blackberry Devices including the blackberry playbook.
Rebel Networks plans to offer a wholesale version of owaCLOUD to their resellers and other smaller hosting companies later this year. “Our primary goal is to help small and medium business customers set up collaboration, email, and related services without the need to manage mail servers, licensing, security, and other IT facets,” stated Domenic Macchione, President and CEO of Rebel Networks Inc.
Dishan M. Francis, VP of Technology for Rebel Networks, added that his team will be adding one more additional Microsoft certified staff member to assist the team on customer support and day to day operations, as well as one additional developer to assist in development of a wholesale platform for resellers. Francis stated, “it is very important for my team to resolve customer questions quickly as they become more dependent on our solutions, extending our storage solutions and adding staff will help prevent support calls in the future.”
Furthermore, the owaCLOUD will offer more than just Email and Blackberry. There will be other services included in the Cloud. The plan for owaCLOUD is to have small business customers pay small monthly fees for required services, such as telephony and voicemail integration, CRM solutions, email, mobility devices, and also have all WIKI portals and tools such as legal documents, HR documents and best practices, online accounting, and various others. “The idea is simple, a small business today needs to deal with many facets of IT, telephony, mobility, and outside consultants to help them manage all of these components and integrate it with HR, Legal, and office administration. This cloud will make it much easier for small business to manage all aspects of IT, without spending CAPEX, or extra, in IT,” stated Rebel Networks.
